Ease of use, clear information and helpful staff

The young Irish chap who served me was very helpful, and took his time to explain the options available to me, even switched me to a better room of the same size, and stayed late to sort out my paperwork. Great customer service.

The staff was super helpful throughout the process. I received the call back the morning after I booked, which is fantastic timing and actually made me choose big yellow over other options. Self check-in was also a really nice option to have. But seriously, you have lovely staff!

Actually I was really pleasantly surprised at how well everything worked. I liked that I could book a room but there was no penalty if I changed my mind; I liked how I was able to visit the space a couple of times to check measurements etc; I liked the simplification of the T&C's so that all information was easy to properly read and understand. Rikki at the front desk made everything really easy and painless eg log in system was also very good, even though it was a bit long. So far, a very good experience

Very good staff, details well explained, simple clear. Discount on price makes storing worth while.Parking and access Easy. Security feels strong.
