Quite easy really. Straightforward and comprehensive process. Wide opening hours which was convenient.

Genevieve was extremely fast, friendly, and clear. She gave me full attention even though there were other customers coming in and leaving around us, and she had a trainee handling this.

Overall impressed with customer service, general competence and well thought out system. Minor point, the lifts could be slightly larger to handle longer items (3m+)
