Customer reviews for Finchley East Self Storage

The lady who dealt with it was clear and helpful

Everything was handled very well. All the staff were polite, helpful and efficient.

Everyone was very helpful as I was unsure about what sized room I needed.

Excellently handled

Very helpful .

Quite easy really. Straightforward and comprehensive process. Wide opening hours which was convenient.

All very clear and easy

Genevieve was extremely fast, friendly, and clear. She gave me full attention even though there were other customers coming in and leaving around us, and she had a trainee handling this.

Overall impressed with customer service, general competence and well thought out system. Minor point, the lifts could be slightly larger to handle longer items (3m+)

Everything easy, stress free. Well done.
