Had a really positive experience at Big Yellow Finchley North today! Krystal was so helpful, friendly and personable. I had a great time checking in and a great laugh with the team (also spoke with Shabana and Nikki who are all delightful and are both assets to your team, as well as Krystal!). What I thought would be a super tedious and boring task of checking in and storing my items was actually really pleasant cause of the team’s positive energy and I left with a big smile on my face! Thank you😊
