I had a great experience with the storage company thanks to Nikki and Shabana. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I had the right storage option, and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, secure, and well organised, which gave me confidence that my belongings are safe. Nikki and Shabana really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and they are a real credit to the company. Honestly, staff like Nikki and Shabana deserve recognition and promotions for the way they treat customers. Highly recommended!

All of the staff were extremely helpful (especially Shabana and Nikki). The units are in excellent condition and security is tight.
