Scott was amazing! Extremely patient and kind, he helped me calculate all the pricing transparently for two size options for rooms and set everything up for me swiftly. Also just a lovely, calm and friendly guy. Helen was very bubbly and attentive when she helped me upgrade my room to the larger size (I needed more space in the end). And Jack was a sweetheart - he overheard me declining an offer of tea because I only drink herbal teas and proactively offered me some green tea that I feel like might have been from his own personal supplies. There was also a gentleman who was on his first day and he was very friendly too. Overall, the energy of the place is really good - staff are really genuine and helpful. It’s my first time using a storage facility and I’m pretty sold on Big Yellow. Highly recommend!
