Fast, efficient & clean.

Great service at the desk, I was shown spaces, the place was kept clean, good enough ambient lighting at the unit, and importantly there was an easy online registration system, unlike one of your competitors which used a pdf, and their place was not particularly clean, including the units I was shown.

It has been a simple process from start to finish.

The staff were very helpfull and friendly, The whole experience was very smooth, I strugged initially with the online regestration but the lady at the desk went through everything in detail which i liked, My family always used safestore in the past but no more,
