Helpful, instructive and friendly.

I came to armadillo today to store my house items, I dealt with Fiona at reception, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, I understood everything clearly and felt happy knowing my house will be stored at these units. I also spoke to Gaz who made me a lovely coffee while I was waiting. Gaz & Fiona were an absolutely fantastic team, lovely to deal with and a credit to the company.

We used armadillo self storage for approximately 11 weeks, whilst moving house. The storage room was a really good size and the facilities were very clean. The ground up to the entrance of the storage unit is cracked & uneven, which does make it tricky to get to the doors with a trolley. In the last week of storage some scaffolding was put up outside of the entrance/exit, this made pushing trolleys in & out slightly trickier & the scaffolding sat lower than the door. We were not notified about this. Unfortunately, we did snag & damage our mattress storage bag on the scaffolding. Other than that the storage unit is very good, the first 8 weeks are at a discounted price & the unit is in a very handy location.
