The ladies at Armadillo storage Grimsby made my daughter and myself feel so welcome. Fiona made our onboarding process very straightforward and was so lovely. This is a very secure and great storage unit and I would highly recommend to anyone needed short or longterm storage.
Recently returned to Grimsby to escape an abusive relationship. Had stuff in storage unit in Leeds and needed to empty it and move all stuff to storage unit in Grimsby. Ex partner decided to send my stuff from the house I lived in to a third party who had premises 8 miles away from my storage unit in Leeds which was an extra journey for my children who were emptying the storage unit for me. We worked out that because of distance time was of the essence. Touch and go as to whether we could be back in Grimsby and unloaded by 4pm which was closing time of depot.. Explained my situation to Daley who said I could be granted an extra hour what a godsend. We were back in Grimsby just after 3pm then lots of family members (including grandchildren) gathered at depot to help offload van and put stuff in storage. Hence my five star rating. I had an emergency on Friday, and I can’t say how helpful Danny from the Manchester store was. Between him and Gary at Grimsby they helped me so much sort my problem. Nothing was too much trouble.Would highly recommend these guys. A big THANK YOU from me to you both
My experience was totally stress free. Very lovely and helpful staff members. Explained the process to me, prior to storing. Couldn't recommend enough. They also sell good quality boxes!
