He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I got the right storage unit for my needs and answered all my questions without rushing me. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence leaving my belongings there. Overall, excellent customer service and a really positive experience. Excellent facilities every time and we have used them several times. There are plenty of trolleys, the rooms are very clean and the security measures are reassuring. Would definitely recommend and use again.
