Really good service, great customer support thanks to amanda!!
Keith is so helpful and always smiling!!
Atanas and Amanda were fantastic! Honestly the most seamless experience I’ve ever experienced with storage! 10/10 would recommend!!
Back the second time and the staff remained as lovely as before. Amanda was fantastic and quick to help me with all the information. This time the process was much faster and still up to high standards. Thank you.
The Sales Advisor we dealt with, Ian Reilly, was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, making the storage experience so much easier. What really stood out, though, was when I found myself locked out after hours because I didn't realise a code was needed to re-enter after office hours. He went above and beyond, to get us access that day. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. Ian is a real credit to Big Yellow.
I had the pleasure of being served by Amanda who was happy to help. The process to sign up and get a locker was surprisingly quick and overall very happy with the service and locker provided. Thank you!
Atanas was very helpful in helping me set up my storage
Amanda was great! Super lovely and made me feel comfortable for my first time using Big Yellow Self Storage.
We’ve been clients of Guildford Yellow Storage for years before, and just rented a 50 sq ft space yet again! Very happy with the friendly and swift service from Amanda, made our day just that much better! Thank you very much!!
