Today I was helped by Keith who was absolutely superb. He was kind and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend him and the Big Yellow Storage company anymore. Thank You for making a horrendous moving disaster more manageable

All friendly staff and good customer service. Recommend it!

Super easy check-in with the most welcoming lady Erin!

Big Yellow storage Guildford have been amazing with helping a local charity, I want to give a massive shout out to Erin & Ian who have gone above and beyond to help us, and even though I have had to change the appointment on more than one occasion they have both been fantastic and completely understanding. I would highly recommended xx

Brilliant location, Alex, Erin and Dion guided me all long during booking, checking in, visiting and checking out, handy app which makes it all efficient, well appointed storage spaces with handy material and music playing so keeps your spirits high during those stressful days of moving. Highly recommended coz I am a repeat user and wouldn’t look at anyother options.

It’s a convenient and reasonably priced place to store your stuff. The location is excellent. It helped me fulfil a small dream. Special thanks to Patrick for resolving the issue so professionally.
