Very friendly and professional. Keith helped us through the setup of room and app with no stress at all. If you need stress free and helpful service go here (Big Yellow Slyfield)

Keith was super helpful and really made my day. Thanks so much Keith.

Keith was super friendly. Explained everything clearly without being pushy

Popped in to collect some moving boxes from Keith. Super easy, and managed to get what I needed. Thank you!

Keith was great Helped me lots to find best storage to suit my needs Highly recommended

Great experience here at Guildford Big Yellow thismorning. Keith’s help in getting our goods unloaded and manoeuvred to our locker was invaluable! Thanks again, Dan

Keith was super helpful and it’s very clean and secure storage

Amy at Guildford branch was super helpful.. we contemplated different options for packing materials, she showed us and explained easily how different products work.. with grateful thanks. Also, a perfume allergy sufferer myself, it was a joy to attend in person as the lovely Amy doesn't wear perfume, giving me access to assess the products myself instead of waiting outside. Thank you..
