Amy and Bishop were so friendly and helpful through the entire onboarding process! I understood my contract, the pricing, and the security measures quite well due to Amy’s ability to communicate it to me. They were lovely people in general!

I highly recommend using Big Yellow at Slyfield Guildford for storage. The whole process of asking for a quote online to signing the contract on the day of arrival was seemless and professional. Amy and her team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. The building is well lit, clean and secure and I feel safe whilst inside the building. Parking for customers is always a bonus and there is plenty of it for cars, vans and removal vehicles for loading purposes. Thanks to all at Big Yellow!
