Efficient service and value for money. Looked at other places and this had convenient location and best price. I would prefer it if insurance cost just included in quoted price in order to compare and not feel like its an added extra.

I was arranging storage at the last minute for my son. From the moment I phoned Big Yellow to make initial enquiries to the time storage was complete, just over an hour!!!! On arrival Hannah made me a lovely cup of tea whilst Tom completed the paper work. Thank you so much for your efficiency particularly since I was so tight for time.

The staff were extremely helpful and most informative on use of the storage and trolleys, showing us different store sizes, explaining the contract and insurance needs, and how security is maintained. We were impressed by the cleanliness everywhere, and even the calming piped music!
Hannah who checked us in made it an easy experience. Showed us how everything worked and how to keep our belongings secure. She also kindly added on after hour access for us which we later realised we actually did need.
The guys in store were very helpful, it was a quick and easy service and I would happily recommend to friends and family in the future.
