Big Yellow Storage staff have made us feel very welcome while moving all our belongings into store. This has been a stressful time for us and they have made everything feel easy and have been so helpful with it.
Yes very good service and the store house is clean
Very friendly staff, great facilities, easy access and very secure. Online check in was easier than I thought it would be.
Very friendly and efficient receptionist/manager ( Hannah) , an efficient and well organised service, excellent 0, clean and usable space.
I was overseeing an international move. The guys at Big Yellow Guildford could not have been more helpful. They made the check-in very easy, their communication was outstanding and they were overall very friendly and professional. I was checked in by Zac, and had also had everything organised with Hannah.
Very polite and helpful staff member, that explained everything clearly
The help I received over the phone was excellent, and I was given a really good offer for my storage to beat the competition. The online check in process was very easy, as was the actual check in on the day. The staff were really helpful. The only slight negative was that the size of the room was only just big enough. 75sq ft was advertised as fitting a 2 bed house. However, I only had one box in addition to furniture and it only just fitted, which made the move a bit stressful. Had I have had more boxes theres no way that room would be big enough for the contents of a 2 bed flat/ full luton van.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Service levels and efficiency high. Sense of humour. Ease of use and speed of service delivery
All staff were extremely friendly and amicable.
Super easy process, Dion is a delight.
