Friendly helpful staff who explained how it works and showed us different room sizes so we could see the space and work out what we need.

I checked in yesterday, and it was a smooth ride. The entire process didn't took longer than 30 minutes. Store environment is very friendly and welcoming. I was served by Tom and would say that he possesses strong customer skills.

The online booking system was really good and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived at the office and were extremely helpful.

Both Martin/Tim at Guildford and Mo at Bow were MASSIVELY helpful. The Guildford office in being so nice on the phone, making arrangements and being so proactive in order to enable me to check in at the Bow office and Mo in the Bow office for being so friendly and helpful when I went there to sign up.

The customer service at your guildford branch was great from the manger Hannah. She went through all the security and answered all our questions. Would definetly suggest to our friends to use your storage.

Everything was excellent. The telephone conversation with Nick to secure the rate, the online check-in, the assistance Gabi gave me in the office for final check-in, the location and condition of the space, the side opening door to the space for easy access. I couldn't be more pleased with everything.
