I desperately needed more space in the house to carry out improvements, this was the most convenient way out. I am happy that my possesions are in a clean, dry secure environment.
The storage is convenient and secure - in short does exactly what you would expect with no surprises.
I am new to storage and didn't know quite what to expect. Your staff were so helpful ,and explained everything even made me a cup of tea while we did the paperwork . I am very pleased with the storeroom itself and have no worries that my things will be safe
We have just had a death in the family and needed somewhere to store before trying to sell items, went down to the Big Yellow Box and found the staff very helpfull
personal goods in big yellow self storage is securely held and protected.
The staff at the Guildford storage unit where extremely helpful from intitial enquiry, through to booking and usage. Every thing was explained and understanding ensured. Absolutely no issues, not even a little gripe!
I was impressed from the start with Greg and his team at the Guildford store. He was very helpful and made plenty of good suggestions regarding my various moving/storage challenges. Because of that, I found it quite straight forward and friendly to negotiate a deal with him. Overall I have been very pleased with the facilities, in particular the re-assuring security features. I've never had any problems accessing my two units and would recommend Big Yellow to anyone seeking a no-nonsense, straight forward, reliable and secure self storage solution.
I was very pleasantly surprised with my recent experience at Big Yellow Guildford, they had managed to open in the snow when all other places were closed and all the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Ending my lease was very easy and the service efficient
Slick operation and very friendly and professional staff
It's been a while since I've used self storage, I'm impressed with how much self storage has improved. Well lit rooms, very helpful staff, much improved security. I was most impressed with the attitude of the staff who were happy to help and offer assistance.
