Moving house can be a stressull time and keeping everything looking pristine for viewers whilst trying to get on with living and working from home is not always easy, We cleared the clutter and all the extraneous bits and pieces and stored them with Big Yellow. Staff were great and made the whole thing so easy....got a great deal too! Have used them again since and would do so again should the need arise.

The staff have always been friendly, well trained and responsive. The whole operation works like a well oiled machine. If there is one small issue it is the lighting.My previous larger unit had lighting installed and that made a tremendous difference. That apart, the service meets my equirements perfectly.

I have used Big Yellow a great deal over the last 2 years and the team at Guildford could not have been more helpful. The facilities are superb and well run and the systems flexible and clear.

The Guildford store and the staff we use are always helpful and easy to deal with. I would however recommend that you offer lower long term storage charges, or move from a 4 weekly month charging system to a calander month system especially in light of the increased compertion with in 200m of your Guildford store.

I believe the Big Yellow Store is a superb brand with 100% branding across all of the stores I have visited. The stores are dry, secure and easily accessed.

Because i work during the week the only time I can access the storage without paying extra is Saturday morning, that should change, you close the office on Saturdau afternoon and Sunday for your benefit not the customer's.

5 years of excellent service, helpful friendly staff, a spotlessly clean environment, what more could anyone want for the storage of their possessions?

I have been a big yellow customer for a few years now and I have always found the staff at my branch very helpful. For my storage needs it provides just the right service, very secure and yet easy to access should I need too. It means I can go on holiday safe in the knowledge my goods are in safe hands while I'm away.

As an international student at an area college I found it extremely practical to store my belongings during long absences. Their spaces are very clean, secure and easy to access. Big Yellow offers special pricing advantages, too. It's definitely worth talking to their competitors because one quickly discovers how much more value is provided for the money. I highly recommend Big Yellow to all students.

I have my life stored at Big Yellow! For the past three years I have been living in Kuwait. I return each summer and add to what I have in storage and always find the staff cheerful and helpfull. I feel safe in the knowledge that my stuff is secure - it is all I have in the world so this is a feeling I value. Big Yellow get a Big Yes from me!
