Detail predominately with Jackie throughout the experience at the Acton branch. She was fantastic - kept in contact throughout the week but wasn’t overbearing. Made the check-in process seamless and clear and was personable and enjoyable to deal with.

Jacky was knowledgeable, really friendly and easy going which all combined made for the perfect experience. I really believe people like Jacky are what customer service should always be like, she hasn't lost her personality but is professional at the same time.

Team always picked up the phone, responsive to concerns and questions, time to help, patient with queries and multiple call backs, showed several sized rooms. Generally made themselves available even at short notice which was very helpful.

The customer service was really excellent. The process was much easier then I thought it would be, despite it being a really stressful time in our lives.
