After getting an online quote, I was contacted right away by phone by Shakti who left me a voicemail because I was with family for the bank holiday and missed his call. I decided to call in a few days early because I needed to start things moving and spoke to Assistant Store Manager Seth, who was very helpful in setting me up right away and showed me the unit I was interested in before I signed up. Seth explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. I was feeling quite anxious because I'd never used storage facilities before, but Seth and Shakti were there to put me at ease! Both very calm and professional.

I think the online and offline process for checking in were really good. Staff all friendly and competent both on phone and in-store. My reason for not getting all 10s is the confusion on the insurance quote.

We needed an space urgently because the previous storage didn't have a forklift and the employee, Sanket, spoke with the Manager and agreed to take us on board on a very short notice and we are very thankful and we appreciate the support. Sanket was very flexible, tried to do the best deal for us in terms of the best unit and the best price. Thanks
