The service was very good I came to the sit just enquire about the price and the availability. But after seeing the very good standard of customer service , I decided that I have to move to this storage without Hesitateimg .

My initial enquiry was made over the phone with Rocky. He very quickly put me at my ease about the process, and explained clearly the steps to be taken. The next time I phoned I spoke with Shak, who was similarly helpful. When I arrived at the storage centre everythoing was very clear and easy to grasp. Shak greeted me warmly and seemed to know who I was before I had said a word! At all times he was a model of efficiency and friendliness, and we quickly moved through the setting up of my space. I was extremely impressed by his approach.

I made an initial enquiry which was responded to by Rocky. He saw us through the whole process when we went in to the storage place, and he showed us the options and units available, and ran through the costs. Very happy with the service, we chose Big Yellow then as our preferred storage provider.
