Super organised, really clean, very efficient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. (We were helped by Rocky, and he was fantastic, as was the gentleman who helped us at the Ealing Branch to move us to Gypsy Lane). Nothing to was too much to ask, and they gave us an amazing deal even though we’d asked to move!

On my visit on Sunday to sign up I was greeted by sales advisor Tolu Agboola with a smile,he was very patient,jovial and helpful which shows key standard in looking after customers so I would greatly recommend friends to the big yellow storage if they ever need extra space for storing of things

I was serviced by a man named Lalit, and if all your staff is as helpful as he was, I would give you my business every time, and certainly will recommend you. I was late arriving due to traffic troubles and he waited patiently for me and helped me to upgrade to a larger unit because the one I had booked wasn't big enough. I felt he gave me a fair price as well. Overall he went out of his way to help me and I am very appreciative of this level of customer service.
