Good service, attention, matched price. I would like to mention Rocky @ Gypsy Corner - particularly responsible. He acted as a personal "Concierge", paying attention to my storage requirements.

From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire the service, attitude, knowledge of their product - and pride in the offering was very impressive. I had only just called a competitor and the experience was totally different, which helped me make my decision on the spot. I spoke to Shak on that occasion. I also asked for advice on movers, he said he would ask a few to call me - which they did that day. I picked one, and then on the move day everything was so easy. The movers knew how to operate within Big Yellow Storage, and the person on reception that explained everything and showed me clearly step by step what to do was a delight and also seemed incredibly proud to work for the company. It was on Fri 24 November late morning, so you'd have to check who was on shift - but I think his name was Lalitkumar. In short, at quite a stressful time of renovating my house and needing to move out quickly they have made the whole experience easy and pleasant, plus, if they are so proud and happy to work for this company and of the product they offer - that speaks volumes to me too. Great work.
