Good service

The staff are friendly but the price was higher than Suresafe storage opposite at £9 as opposed to the £12 for a 10ft

All information were provided on the phone prior coming to storage.

i was in difficult situation , i never here about big yellow, but it resolve a lot from my problems.

Easy process from start to finish. Very clear and nice employees which gave me all the infos and support I needed.

We had a really good experience with Big yellow storage because Mr Rocky Calay - Sales advisor at Gypsy corner We would have not been able to use big yellow storage even if Mr Rocky would haven't gone extra mile to help us out. There was a terrible accident on A40 on 27th April and we got stuck in traffic and it was impossible to reach before 6pm (which was normal closing hour). We called the centre and Mr Rocky kindly agreed to stay extra hours to help us out. We cant thank him enough for this gesture otherwise i don't how how we would have stored our things which was fully loaded in private van. Not only he stayed extra time for us but he made the whole process of siging contract etc seamless. I will highly recommend Big storage to my friends.
