I received a very good service from a young lady and a gentleman who I believe started recently. Both very lovely and caring with customers.

We spoke to Rocky who was very pleasant and helpful. He explained how everything worked and showed us the storage space.

I was first greeted by Nahm(butchering the spelling probably) in the North Acton branch, who was extremely friendly to me and provided me with all the necessary information. She even went as far as to write a detailed description of the different storages I was interested in and helped me to calculate the price. From this first encounter with the Big Yellow, I was sure that I won't be going to another storage facility.

I thought it was a bit intrusive to have a phone call immediately after just getting a quote.. it just felt like I was being dragged into a sale but the guy on the phone I think he was called rocky was really nice and handled it super easily (the issue was with the tactic not how the employee went about it)

I thought it was handled very professionally. Nam was helpful and very easy to work with.
