The Hanger Lane team is the best in customer service. Kasia, Devin and David have been so helpful from the start. Always offering coffee and always greeting me when i come in. All these small things make a big difference in terms of customer service. I am so happy I chose big yellow and especially the Hanger Lane branch. Will definitely recommend it to everyone

Kasia & Shweta are so great they are very attentive and informative. Made me feel so comfortable with storing with Big Yellow! even though Shurgard were charging £30 less or same storage space it didn’t matter because in life u buy people not the product and Kasia and Shweta are proof that. Thank you for employing them they’re fantastic at what they do!
