Heather was incredibly helpful once I arrived at the storage space at hanger lane. And the customer service team prior to my arrival where also great and helped me understand what I needed to do as my request was last minute and urgent.

Was absolutely great dealing with the staff over there, especially Heva, don't know if I spell it right but honestly she was so helpful, understanding and patient with us.she explained well the procedures of moving into the storage. She was absolutely fantastic

She listened to my needs and offered me the best solution making the entire process easy and stress free. Heather explained everything in a clear and easy to understand manner. Her approach, compared to the other companies I dealt with, was the best and she definitely influenced my decision.

The assistant manager Lalit was amazing and helped me find a bigger unit when the one I had booked was obviously too small.
