The most helpful friendly staff.

At the initial visit the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed. Caroline showed us the storage facility which was very helpful. The on line check in is easy to use as it the security systems at the storage facility. Various packing supplies available on site.

Excellent personal customer service.

Store room size didn't match the estimate of a Luton van and had to trade-up. Check-in process was super-slow, taking more than 30 minutes

The receptionist is lovely her name is Kritika and store room it is excellent for what I need , the location is great. The value for price and service is just perfect! Strongly recommend.

I think Geoff is the reason to store in big yellow , sadly I don’t get the same customer service from the rest of the team. But as long as Geoff works in the company I willl keep using the branch.
