The building is very clean, and there is normally ample parking. The storage facility itself is very well run with friendly and very helpful members of staff. The out of hours team (over the phone) were also very helpful. The process of renting a unit is very easy; the online check-in tutorials and staff members in-store explain the process and all the important bits of information in a very efficient way.
