Excellent service from Georgia - I have been a customer at Hayes for a number of years and have always been happy with the service.

We were assisted by a lovely young lady at the Big yellow storage in Southall (opposite Costco ) - we were looking for storage and this was the first storage place we visited and we signed up straight away , the service was outstanding, the young lady was patient, informative, and genuinely helpful, Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure, and we felt confident and reassured throughout the process. A real credit to the company.

Fantastic service! Georgia at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to get me fully set up and explained the whole process clearly and patiently. It made everything so easy and stress-free. Storage units are well lit and kept clean also with easy access of large lift. Genuinely heartfelt thanks to Georgia for such great service! I recieved a warm welcome from Georga when I arrived. She was very professional and explained everything to me. Georga answered all my questions I had regarding the unit and made sure I was happy with my unit. Georga is a credit to the company.
