Used this storage for nearly 2 years with everything running smoothly, clean, and secure. The staff had been fantastic and time to say goodbye to Big Yellow.

We were assisted by a lovely young lady at the Big yellow storage in Southall (opposite Costco ) - we were looking for storage and this was the first storage place we visited and we signed up straight away , the service was outstanding, the young lady was patient, informative, and genuinely helpful, Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure, and we felt confident and reassured throughout the process. A real credit to the company.
Fantastic service! Georgia at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to get me fully set up and explained the whole process clearly and patiently.
