Good customer service. Clean and modern

Jahan was really helpful and friendly and answered all my questions, he made everything really simple. Jahan has also helped me out now that I am using the storage, which is really great as it means that customer service is still top quality even after the contract is secured. It makes dealing with Big Yellow a pleasure. Additionally everthing is clean and in working order.

Paul, the Sales person. He was such a nice chap, really helpful and explained everything really clearly. A great representative for your company. Facilities are great and makes self storage very easy.

All-round excellent experience.

Everyone was very helpful when I was checking in and I even had a cup of tea with one of the team. Paul was on the front desk and explained all the security numbers I had to enter before I could access and get out of the Big Yellow storage area. He showed me the actual storage space I had been allocated and he also showed me the various box sizes I might need for packing. He went out of his way to make the whole experience as easy as possible.

Paul was exceptionally brilliant and extremely helpful, he answered all questions I had and was able to break down all information in an understandable way. Overall his wonderful customer service has ensured I will be a returning customer
