the staff who check me in was very friendly and i felt he did everything he could to meet my needs so all in all very happy.

I rang to enquire a couple of minutes before your official start time of 8 am. I was helped by Hannah. I then had a call from Paul at the wycombe Centre. Everything was achieved yesterday. Most impressed.

Staff from original telephone booking to check in were really nice, professional and helpful ! The email process was straightforward and the whole site is extremely clean and well organised.
