Very simple process from ordering the space online to bringing my items in to be stored. Helpful and friendly staff and a very slick operation including entry to the premises, parking, and the actual storage space itself.
The process of "taking over" an exisiting storage contract taken out by a remover took longer than I had hoped due to the new-ish manager's unfamiliarity with the admin procedures and IT. But this is inevitable with a new situation. He was duly apologetic and most affable. With all other aspects of the visit, we were extremely satisfied.
