Excellent service from the beginning; staff are very polite and professional. All information was provided up front and all my questions were answered so I could make an informed decision regarding the type of storage I required.

I was called shortly after making my first enquiry. After deciding to go with Big Yellow went to the centre and was greeting very well. Paul was a great 'host' and advocate for Big Yellow and made the process easy to follow.

It is an easy and cheap way to store our furniture in preparation for our house move and it has put our minds at ease so that moving day isn't too daunting
