It is just the beginnig of my first experience with big yellow,but all staff is very responsive and cooperative. Lets see how things work till the end of it.

Very good customer service

Customer service was outstanding. Paul (High Wycombe) was very helpful and gave me a tour of the facility and went into great detail on how the system works. Extremely helpful and friendly!

Very friendly staff

The whole experience was made easy by your colleagues particularly at a difficicult time moving house. Tina ensured I had all the information when I was making my reservation in store and Paul ensured my check in day went as smoothly as possible. Both are an asset to your company. I facilitate customer service training and leadership courses for a customer focused company and both were exemplary in their representation of your brand.

Quick, efficient, helpful , both the lady who took the order on Friday 30th Sept and the gentleman on duty in the centre on Sunday. Both based on London Road, High Wycombe

Tina was efficient, caring,kind and very helpful. Paul assured me they were there to help me, and they did! Very happy to give me a great service and with humour and consideration.
