Very efficient and friendly

The service was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were extremely friendly and informative.

Store Manager could not have been more helpful when we wanted to downsize my mothers room after managing to 'move on' many items and therefore saving her some money. Mum is in her 90's and despite her not being there we were able to get everything moved and legal and in my name without any fuss whatsoever.

The cost agreed for storage was not honoured when I arrived to start my contract on 1 November. It’s about trust and the principle of respecting the customer. I expect this to be the last time I use Yellow Storage in High Wycombe.
