Sam and Zed were amazing. Process was smooth and they were both really helpful.

Great experience from the staff and very easy to access the site. Very clean both inside and out. They even gave the room a extra clean just before we moved in.

The customer service delivered by Z through the whole process was exceptional. I had a problem on the day I had to do the check-in and he went above and beyond in every possible way, including staying until later than he was supposed to stay, which he didn't have to do, but that was a real life saver in my situation. Thank you again, Z!

Extremely friendly helpful staff, make the whole process very easy

The member of staff (he’s called Z) was super helpful and friendly. We were in traffic so arrived a bit late but he helped make sure we could still get sorted. Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend based on that service alone
