Priscilla was very clear and and friendly in explaining everything I needed to do to get setup. She is very knowledgeable about everything a customer would need to know to feel comfortable. Even as simple as taking me up to see what I had chosen online in-person before signing anything really gives you that assurance that she cares.

Priscilla was excellent @ her job, very efficient!!!Very time efficient on the contract. Showed me how to access the facility & the elevator. Showed me where my unit was precisely from the elevator. Priscilla personally took me there I will have no problem getting there on my own!!!

I have used Big Yellow Storage before and never lost anything. The room temperature is good throughout the year.
