Customer reviews for Hounslow Self Storage

Great place helped a lot during my 5 years would recommend

Great service - highly recommend.

Came in to move university and mark and front desk staff were very helpful.

Mark was super helpful staff. Check-in was hassel free and we got a coffee which was so nice from his colleague.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The storage was perfect. The online procedure is also convenient.

Brilliant and welcoming staff! Kate, Sairah and Mark were so helpful and chatty, explained everything in detail and showed me the different options available. Valued my belongings to a fair price and gave cover in case anything happens. So helpful and such a fun and positive experience! Definitely recommend Hounslow Yellow Storage!!!! Well done, guys!!! Kudos!!!!

Great storage facility with friendly service! I rented a small-sized storage unit here for about two year while moving between apartments, and overall, I’m very satisfied. Customer service deserves special mention — the staff were always helpful and polite, quick to answer.

Great storage facility, location and service. The overall experience of booking in and accessing my unit has been easy and cost effective. Would highly recommend it.
