Booking was easy, staff was friendly and professional, locations are great and moving in was straightforward. The storage looks clean and safe and the big trolleys help a lot when moving stuff.

Store manager was friendly and extremely helpful. He knew his job well and was able to offer good advice and the transaction went very smoothly. The service provided at Big Yellow comes at a very fair price and the facilities at the depot are first class. I booked a nine cubic feet locker and it was clean and eminently suitable for my needs. The entire facility was clean and tidy and gave me the impression that it was only opened fairly recently. Top marks to all involved.
