Store manager was friendly and extremely helpful. He knew his job well and was able to offer good advice and the transaction went very smoothly. The service provided at Big Yellow comes at a very fair price and the facilities at the depot are first class. I booked a nine cubic feet locker and it was clean and eminently suitable for my needs. The entire facility was clean and tidy and gave me the impression that it was only opened fairly recently. Top marks to all involved.

It was extreme amazing how will kept his cool when customers were all over him the que was long time was running out being a Sunday still he stayed behind way beyond 16:00 attend to all renewals,upgrades and new entrants he was multitasking at one time he serving two customers as the others read through their contracts he is a brilliant and an asset to the the company Mr W Bates keep up that positive spirit you were a savior
