Everything is good

yesterday 26/10 I was given out of office hour access and my code did not work. I was told to go back by emergency response team, luckily we got access via someone else ID and it triggered alarm. My Check In Experience was so bad.

Good location for those who travel by air as this is close to airport affordable storage

From the first view of the website to checking in everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Staff were helpful, friendly and kind, place was immaculate, clean and well lit - I give it full marks because I couldn't find any fault at all. Kurt, who booked me in, was patient and kind with all my queries and explained everything without being patronising - well done. Will was lovely on the phone, friendly and polite all at the same time.
