Customer service was the best and very reasonable price as well as clean rooms

Good location for those who travel by air as this is close to airport affordable storage

From the first view of the website to checking in everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Staff were helpful, friendly and kind, place was immaculate, clean and well lit - I give it full marks because I couldn't find any fault at all. Kurt, who booked me in, was patient and kind with all my queries and explained everything without being patronising - well done. Will was lovely on the phone, friendly and polite all at the same time.

Good service

We have never used a storage facility before. Every detail was explained comprehensively by the gentleman we spoke to. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He made absolutely sure that we were comfortable with the arrangement, showed us different sizes of storage so that we could gauge which would suit our needs best. He even offered us coffee or water whilst we were completing the paperwork. We were also impressed with the level of security at your facility, the cleanliness and variety of appropriate goods for sale - packaging, tape, markers, boxes etc. We reserved a 10 sq m storage area.
