I was really impressed with the the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. The whole environment seemed clean and safe too. I would happily use this place again.
Very professional staff who where able to answer all questions and even tell you how to layout your items into storage. I didn't think i'd get everything into a 10sqft unit but I've got everything in and still with space to store. Very, very impressed. Only slight problem is the car park is always full as there's alot of people with bigger units using them as business units working from them, but otherwise very good.
Although only a customer for a short time, so far so good, Friendly people & very helpful.
I was impress with Yellow storage right from the start. A very nice sales assistant called Eddie helped me when I booked the storage. When I went back 2 months later to start using my storage, he still remembered my name. Yellow storage is easy to use and the price is great. Security is high, so I have peace of mine that my items will be kept save. Great customer service all round.
Staff incredibly helpful and polite, really walked me through every aspect of storage, clearly and helpfully explained everything, and answered all my questions. Good choice of storage spaces, very helpful to have boxes/tape/pens etc for sale right there. I would prefer slightly longer core opening hours so I could go in early evening without having to pay extra - say until 7. But apart from that, storage with Big Yellow has been a very helpful, very stress free experience.
Hounslow store is good. ease access , near to airport,reasonable costs overall satisfied with the service

The employee that got me set up with my storage unit was incredibly helpful and friendly. My only regret is that I booked a space a little too big for what I needed but it is still very affordable. Accessing the unit is easy and convenient and I would recommend it to anyone looking for storage that is easy to use and not too expensive.
I've never had any kind of storage space before so reservation space at big yellow hounslow was a first for me and right from my initial enquiry through to the day I moved in the customer service was excellent and so helpful. Everything was explained in detail, I can't fault the staff here at all and the location is fantastic. I'm starting off with a small space and going up to a larger room in a few weeks which I thought would be alot of hassle but its going to be really straight forward.
