I was pleasantly surprised when I went to have a look at Big Yellow Hounslow. It has great security features, and really helpful and friendly staff. I'm more used to fairly basic self-storage facilities in Australia but this is quite something else - a high level of security makes me feel much better about storing my things there. I was walked through the facilities and had everything explained to me, and the sign-up process was rather painless. I'm not so easy to impress but I am impressed. If a friend of mine needs a storage space in Hounslow area, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having never used any type of storage facility before I had no idea what I was doing and was a little worried about this. However, I found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which quickly put me at ease. I was shown around the facility and assisted to choose the correct size space for what I needed. I was impressed with the security measures in place and as far as the location is concerned it really couldn't be better as it is opposite where I live! I had never even considered using storage places before but would definitely consider it again in the future if the need were to arise.

The staff were very friendly and guided very well through the process. The online check-in was really helpful and reduced the check-in time. Good and clean facilities with well maintained storage spaces. Highly recommended.

I've been using Big Yellow Storage on & off for over ten years and have found the brand to be consistent in terms of quality of service, with friendly, well trained and thorough staff. Even though certain major horrific events have happened in the UK & overseas over the years, Big Yellow seem to adopt whatever necessary procedures it has to and yet still continue to think about the customers needs... bravo. This is my first business i was looking for warehouse i always thought Self Storages Like Big Yellow are flexible for people moving and looking storgae for short terms with minimum space.I was surpirsed to see there Facilites and spaces they provide with so compatative Prices.I was really happy to store in big yellow.I would defnetly recomand for any one any sort of requriment.Thank You
