I was very impressd with the staff at my local Big Yellow and I had a choice of facilites to pick for convenience. I wish it had been cheaper in the long run as my building work went over 6 months longer than expected. Thus, storage proved to be very expensive for us.I still would reccomend Big Yellow.

I have used Big Yellow Self Storage on and off for about 5 years and I have found the store very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the general quality very satisfactory. I would recommend Big Yellow to my friends, which I have done and they were happy with the service, in particular the monthly invoice email service.
It was good as it is easily accessible and easly to store things. More over it is secure and own your place with your own lock. Good work keep it up.
This is the first time I have used a self store. I was impressed with the service and the facility and security appears good. I hope that my items in store will be safe and undamaged here - and I think that will be the case. Not cheap but I am happy.
The staff at the Hounslow store are very friendly, helpful and professional. The facilties are good, clean, and access is easy and secure. Definetly the plate to store your goods.
I would like to say that I have had no problems using Yellow Storage, in fact quite the opposite. The staff have always been helpful and find the location great. The only downside - it would be fantastic if open a little later as by the time finishing work I usually cannot make it during the week.
Storage is located in a very convenient location. It can be accessed easily. I am still using it.
