No issues dealing with the team

I got a quote online and was called the same day and after a discussion with John he quoted me a bigger unit for cheaper than the quote id got online, very good customer service!! he was very good in his role and when I came into the store to view the unit before committing to taking the contract he was very helpful and must have taken some notes when talking to me as he asked if we had had our baby yet, as we was due not long after the initially call, which I thought was a very nice touch, kudo's to him, a good front man for the company!

Both members of your staff I saw were very friendly, efficient and polite. They both remembered me from renting a unit last year, which made it more friendly and personal. I was able to move items in straight away, no hassle. Excellent service all round!

Received the quote during my initial call plus plenty of additional information and advice. Booked the space, paperwork only took a few minutes, moving in was quick and easy.
