I have used Armadillo Self Storage before and have found them to be very efficient with how they process customers, all the while being very friendly and very helpful. The representative we worked with was Jon, and other than being very helpful with arranging the storage space he was also very enthusiastic and friendly to talk with in general.These are all factors that greatly improved my customer experience and is why I gave such a high score.

John was lovely, welcoming and made you feel at ease. He is also very knowledgeable and you won’t regret going to Armadillo.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They made it an easy process to move in to the storage unit. I forgot his name but I had a young guy dealing with me - he was really good.

John Colley at Armidillo in Hull is such a great person to work with - so positive and with a "can do" attitude" and the facilities are clean and well set up

Joe was very helpfull answered any questions i had and made everything run smooth

IT was very easy to set up and Joesph helped me out with all the questions and troubles I had. Advised me very well on what size storage space I will need. Customer service was fantastic!

I'm a Returning user, really enjoyed using it after one year because of its ease and lack of hidden costs. Website is very easy to use too.
