We have received outstanding customer service from John. John is genuinely nice guy and very professional. Initially we thought we needed a smaller space. He asked us what we needed storage for , and we ended up with double the storage. It was right decision, as we filled the storage to 90% . The storage building is easy accessible, clean and very convenient.

I have used Armadillo Self Storage before and have found them to be very efficient with how they process customers, all the while being very friendly and very helpful. The representative we worked with was Jon, and other than being very helpful with arranging the storage space he was also very enthusiastic and friendly to talk with in general.These are all factors that greatly improved my customer experience and is why I gave such a high score.
John was lovely, welcoming and made you feel at ease. He is also very knowledgeable and you won’t regret going to Armadillo.
