Very friendly staff (thanks Amy & John). Easy to follow procedures. Clean and tidy surroundings.

John was efficient, professional, helpful and above all friendly. Great service. Thank you. Facility is easy accessible, however avoid mid day and rush hour as traffic can be very bad in the area.

The online booking process was very simple and straightforward. I'm extremely impressed by the service provided by John when attended to check-in and pay. John (CSM) was very friendly and welcoming, and was able to answer any questions I had. He gave a very detailed tour of the facility, and explained all of the essentials to a high standard.

Very impressed by the professionalism of armadillo, phone calls emails all made easy, and Amy was fantastic when we first arrived with our stuff. She also makes an excellent coffee.

Having looked at other storage facility's found armadillo meet all our requirements ,the staff were very helpful and the storage unit clean and dry .everywhere seamed to be very clean .
