I worked with John and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was really flexible and, as I'm based in London, really trustworthy. You can tell he loves what he does and would do almost anything to make your experience great!
The facility was clean and well maintained, exactly what was expected of the storage we required. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were always pleasant and good humoured. The price matching on insurance was welcome and the pricing in general very competitive with other local options.
