I was delighted with the experience. A couple of things that were frustrating were the lack of out of hours access and the fixed nature of the itinerary.

The insurance being compulsory to be honest think is wrong, I should have the choice as its not included in the price. To me it felt like a sneaky charge to make more money.

Pleased with service- used it before so felt secure and comfortable enough to trust firm again. Have also used Sheffield store for son's storage {student} and am likely to do so again this year.

Very good, but disappointed with height and width.

well happy would use again, a little expensive but you get what you pay for now a days. thank you..
