The service from this company was brillian and staff was very helpful

I went to the Hull branch of Armadillo not knowing exactly what to expect at a time of stress as I was in the process of moving home. I wanted to store things I value more sentimental items than monetary so in a way much more valuable. I was greeted by extremely professional very friendly staff. They showed me round the place and i was impressed with how clean and easily accessible the whole place was. there were plenty of large trolleys to carry much of my property to the large lift and to the first floor which is where my stuff is. Help was offered if i needed it and at all times i felt secure and at home. The whole process was actually very enjoyable and fun and easy. I felt secure in the the knowledge that my property would be very well cared for and in safe hands and on top of it all the cost was very fair not expensive at all. I left with a feeling of elation actually knowing a burden had been lifted off me for a while as is the feeling we have when we have too much stuff and nowhere safe to keep it. Don't put stuff in sheds and other peoples houses, store it at Armadillo and you'll know for sure where it is and you can get on with the important stuff without the weight of it on your mind. I know i can access it during their opening hours and with a weeks notice I can end the account. It works for me and should for you. I recommend them strongly. 10/10 : ) Graham

Excellent reception and instructions, Manager made entire experience as easy as possible and moved us to ground floor to ease process.

Staff were extremely helpful in even offering the best storage option for our needs. Also since we were storing late, staff were prepared to help (in the end we managed) which was extremely nice. Would have liked access whenever we wanted rather than just opening hours but still good. Would recommend!

Was in a rush and the guys took over for me and ensured i could dash off. Were very informative on the phone and in person too.

I've never used any storage facilities before and was surprised how friendly and efficient the staff were and how easy it was to rent the space and to access it. The facilities are within the building so the rental spaces are light, clean and dry. Lifts get the trolleys to the upper floors. Access to the space was so easy and convenient! I will definately use Armidillo again!!

As a first timer using storage I found the whole experience quite painless. A visit to the facility beforehand proved very worthwhile, it enabled the staff to show me the different sized rooms, very useful indeed, also noted was the cleanliness and most important of course the security measures. The staff are very professional in their attitude and proud of their product and have every reason to be so. Thank you Armadillo for easing the stress of my move!

All staff were extremely helpful. They were very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. They made the process of moving a lot less stressful. The room itself was very clean, dry and accessable. Staff found additional trolleys to enable the removal men to move my furniture from the van to the storage unit quickly and efficiently. Overall, I could not fault the service received.
