The staff of Bigyellowstorage Gantshill are very helpful and accommodating especially Randeep. He is very knowledgeable and gave practical tips for the first timers in the storage service. The rates are very affordable if you take them on a long term plan. Very safe place to store your items. Will use them again in the future. Randeep is an asset to the company.

Exceptional service both on the phone and face to face. No hard sell and everything is done to make sure you are 100% happy before signing up. 24/7 access via an app makes it all the more appealing. Top class!

Big Yellow is simply the best storage option in the area. I am making this review after having had a storage unit at the Ilford branch (Gants Hill) for over a decade and I am a very satisfied customer. Yes there are some cheaper alternatives, but if you want the best, it has to be Big Yellow. The manager, Allison, is a fantastic person and has helped me with certain predicaments on number of occasions; always striving to more than meet my requests and keeping me happy. Allison and all her staff are all very friendly, very professional and readily available to assist customers. All my telephone enquiries and Emails to Big Yellow over the past 10+ years have always been responded to either immediately or in a matter of hours. Big Yellow also maintains very good communication with their customers via SMS text messaging and Email. The storage facility is very modern, extremely clean and very well maintained. Security measures on-site are excellent and the new digital smart platform is very good and improving. I have always found that Big Yellow constantly reviews and updates it security measures and operational processes for the better, improving both security and the user experience. I have always had complete pace of mind with my storage unit and give my very best recommendation to Big Yellow and to Allison.
